EXCHANGE POLICY
Valid Days of Exchange: Any product purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days, once the product has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase. Proof of Purchase: This includes either a receipt or the online order confirmation email. Conditions Qualified for Exchange: products are qualified for change only if they are unused, the original packing is intact and in its original condition and the original invoice is present. Also, state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our technical team would examine the product which can take up to 10 days. Once the returned item is passed, you will get your exchange item or cash voucher which can be spent at Neva hair cosmetic.
ORDER CANCELLATION Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and an SMS with your COD amount as well as the order tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange policy will apply to your order. Neva Hair Cosmetic holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution. Note: All returns or exchanges are subject to validation and approval at Neva Hair Cosmetic discretion. We may ask you for the original invoice, CNIC, Salon Name and Address, and proper reason for returning the product. Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them with you unless you find your complete order intact.
